Dr. Chanta Booker possesses over 20 years of experience as an educator, having served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in an urban school setting. She earned her Ed. D. in Educational Leadership from Argosy University, an M.E.D. in School Improvement Leadership from Goucher College, and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Dr. Booker is a licensed (ADT) Alcohol Drug Trainee, (CPRS) Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, Peer Recovery Supervisor, and (CPRP) Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. ​​

Dr. Booker currently coaches school leaders and provides equity consultations for educators, schools, school districts, and non-profit agencies.
